| 目的探讨基层医疗机构孕期超声检查规范化培训的效果，旨在提高基层医疗机构产科超声医师的诊断水平，并为进一步推广和实现孕期超声规范化管理提供依据。方法选取5所基层帮扶医疗机构超声医师22位，两两配对分别纳入培训组和非培训组。经过培训后，两组2位配对医师于同日内对同一孕妇进行超声检查；受检孕妇8000例，通过两组胎儿畸形检出率比较两组超声医师操作、诊断水平的差异。结果培训组医师检出胎儿畸形230例，畸形检出率为2.88%；非培训组医师检出胎儿畸形86例，畸形检出率为1.06%；两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论孕期超声检查规范化培训能有效提高基层医疗机构超声医师的技术水平，提高胎儿畸形的检出率，值得推广。 |

| Objective To evaluate standardized training of ultrasound examination in the second trimester pregnancy for primary health institutions. Methods Twenty two ultrasonography doctors from 5 primary health institutions received training of ultrasound examination in the second trimester pregnancy between January 2012 and December 2014. The trained doctors (training group) and the matched untrained doctors (non-training group) performed ultrasonographic examinations on the same women in the second trimester pregnancy at the same day independently. The results were compared between two groups. Results Among 8000 pregnant women receiving ultrasound examination, 230 cases of fetal malformation were detected in the training group with a detection rate of 2.88% ; 86 cases of fetal malformations were detected in non-training group with a
detection rate of 1.06% (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound examination training can effectively upgrade the skill of
ultrasonography doctors in primary health institutions and improve the detection rate of fetal malformations. |
