| 目的研究膝骨性关节炎（KOA）患者的关节软骨MRI超短波长序列（UTE）分级与关节液中基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）-13表达水平的相关性。方法收集66例KOA患者的病历资料，进行MRI检查，对股骨内侧髁软骨行UTE分级，同时抽取患者关节液，采用ELISE方法测定MMP-13表达水平，并进行相关性分析。结果在股骨内侧髁UTE分级为0级（对照组）与Ⅰ级时，MMP-13表达水平无明显统计学差异（P＞0.05），UTE分级升高至Ⅱ级及Ⅲ级时，MMP-13表达水平较0级有明显升高，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。相关性分析显示股骨内侧髁软骨UTE分级与关节液中MMP-13的表达水平存在显著正相关（r=0.85，P＜0.01)。结论KOA患者MRI检查UTE分级越高，MMP-13表达水平越高。 |

| Objective To analyze the relationship between the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) UTE classification of articular cartilage and MMP-13 levels in joint fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods The UTE by MRI sequence classification of medial femoral condyle was performed in 66 patients with knee osteoarthritis and the MMP-13 levels in knee joint fluid were measured with ELISE method. The relationship between MRI UTE grading and MMP-13 levels was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in MMP-13 levels between UTE grade 0 and grade I (P ＞0.05); MMP-13 levels in grade II and grade III were significantly higher than that in grade 0 (all P＜0.05) . The medial femoral condyle UTE classification grading was correlated with MMP-13 level in the joint fluid (r = 0.85, P＜0.01). Conclusion There is a correlation of MRI UTE grading with MMP-13 in joint fluid of patients with osteoarthritis. |
