| 目的 通过观察免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）患者外周血中辅助性 T（Th）细胞相关细胞因子水平的变化，探讨其与 ITP 发病的关系。 方法 应用微量样本多重蛋白定量技术（CBA）检测和比较 35 例慢性 ITP 患者和 30 例健康体检者（正常对照组）外周 血中 IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ 和 IL-17A 的水平。 结果 ITP 患者外周血 IL-17A 水平较正常对照组显著升高，两组 IL-17A 的水平 分别为（6.767±1.066）pg/ml 和（1.679±0.253）pg/ml，比较有统计学差异（P＜0.01）；而患者外周血 IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ 水平与 正常对照组相比均无统计学差异（均 P ＞0.05）。血小板计数≥20×109/L 的患者外周血 IL-17A 水平为（8.217±1.477）pg/ml，血小板 计数＜20×109/L 的患者外周血 IL-17A 水平为（5.238±1.490）pg/ml，两者间比较无统计学差异（P ＞0.05）。 结论 慢性 ITP 患者 外周血 IL-17A 水平异常升高，提示 Th17 细胞和 IL-17A 可能在 ITP 的发生、发展中发挥重要的作用。 |

| Objective To investigate the levels of T helper cell-related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). Methods The levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-γ and IL-17A in peripheral blood of 35 patients with chronic ITP and 30 healthy subjects (control group) were detected with cytometric bead array(CBA) method. Results The level of IL-17A in peripheral blood of patients with ITP was significantly higher than that of control group [(6.767±1.066)pg/ml vs
(1.679±0.253)pg/ml, P＜0.01]; while there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood between two groups(P ＞0.05). There were no significant differences in IL-17A levels between patients with PLT≥20× 109/L and those with PLT＜20×109/L [(8.217±1.477)pg/ml vs (5.238±1.490)pg/ml, P ＞0.05]. Conclusion Increased IL-17A levels in peripheral blood are detected in patients with chronic ITP. |
