目的 探讨 Fascin-1(FSCN1)蛋白表达在宫颈癌发生、发展中的临床病理意义。 方法 采用免疫组化 En Vision 二 步法检测 40 例正常宫颈组织、40 例低级别上皮内瘤变 (CIN1 级)、49 例高级别上皮内瘤变 (CIN2~3 级)、120 例宫颈癌组织中 FSCN1 蛋白的表达,并分析其与宫颈癌患者临床病理特征的关系。 结果 正常宫颈鳞状上皮组织 FSCN1 蛋白阳性率为 47.5%
(19/40),但其基底层细胞 FSCN1 蛋白阳性率为 100.0%(40/40)。正常宫颈鳞状上皮组织、低级别上皮内瘤变、高级别上皮内瘤变、宫 颈癌组织中 FSCN1 蛋白阳性率分别为 47.5%(19/40)、100.0%(40/40)、98.0%(48/49)、99.2%(119/120)。低级别上皮内瘤变、高级别 上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌组织中 FSCN1 蛋白阳性率显著高于正常宫颈鳞状上皮组织(均 P<0.01);但低级别上皮内瘤变、高级别上皮内 瘤变和宫颈癌组织 3 者间 FSCN1 蛋白阳性率均无统计学差异(均 P >0.05)。在具有不同临床病理特征的患者间比较,FSCN1 蛋白阳 性率均无统计学差异(均 P >0.05)。 结论 在病变宫颈组织中 FSCN1 蛋白阳性率显著高于正常宫颈组织,提示其在宫颈癌发生的 过程中起了重要作用,有望成为抗宫颈癌治疗的一个潜在生物学标志。 |

Objective To study the expression of Fascin-1(FSCN1) protein in cervical cancer and to evaluate its clinicopathological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical En Vision method was used to detect the expression of FSCN1 in 40 cases of normal cervical tissues, 40 cases of low grade intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN1), 49 cases of high grade intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN2~3) and 120 cases of cervical cancer. The correlation of FSCN1 expression with clinicopathology features of cervical cancer was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of FSCN1 protein in normal cervical epithelium was 47.5% (19/40), while that in basal cell layer was 100.0%(40/40). FSCN1 protein expression rates in normal cervical tissues, low grade intraepithelial neoplasia, high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer were 47.5%(19/40), 100.0%(40/40), 98.0%(48/49),
99.2%(119/120), respectively. The FSCN1 positive rate in low grade intraepithelial neoplasia, high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissues (P<0.01). FSCN1 protein positive rate was not correlated with the clinicopathological features of cervical carcinoma(P >0.05). Conclusion Compared to normal cervical tissue, the expression of FSCN1 protein is up-regulated in cervical lesions. |
