| 目的 探讨WAVE3基因表达与涎腺腺样囊性癌（ACC）远处转移特性的相关关系。方法 回顾性分析2004年6月至2010年6月头颈外科收治的47例头颈部涎腺ACC患者肿瘤标本，采用免疫组织化学方法检测WAVE3基因在肿瘤中的表达情况，观察WAVE3基因表达水平与肿瘤远处转移及总生存率的关系。结果WAVE3基因的表达阳性与阴性，在性别、年龄、T分期、淋巴结转移、临床分期等方面差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05），在远处转移方面差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），与总生存的关系不确切（P＞0.05）。结论WAVE3基因表达阳性与阴性在涎腺ACC远处转移率上差异有统计学意义，对于总生存无明显影响。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship between WAVE3 gene expression and the distant metastasis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC). Methods Forty seven samples of head and neck salivary adenoid cystic carcinomas were collected from 2004 to 2010. The expression of WAVE3 gene in cancer tissue was examined by immunohistochemistry and the correlation of WAVE3 expression with the disease distant metastasis and overall survival of patients was evaluated. Results The expression of WAVE3 gene in cancer tissue was not correlated with tumor TNM stage and regional lymph node metastasis, but significantly correlated with distant metastasis (P＜0.01). The correlation of WAVE3 with the overall survival of patients was not statistically significant (P=0.053). Conclusion The study shows that high expression of WAVE3 gene is associated with the dis- tant metastasis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinomas. |
