肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清MBL和唾液酸水平的变化研究

摘要:
目的分析肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的血清甘露糖结合凝集素(MBL)和唾液酸水平的变化,探讨其在MPP发病机制中的作用。方法选取MPP患儿95例为MPP组,同期参加体检的儿童60例为对照组,两组性别、年龄比较均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。两组均抽取外周血2ml,用ELISA法检测血清MBL水平,神经氨酸苷酶法检测血清唾液酸水平,分析比较两组MBL和唾液酸水平,探讨两者与MPP的关系。结果MPP组急性期和恢复期血清MBL水平均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);MPP组急性期唾液酸水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),恢复期与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。MPP组急性期与恢复期MBL、唾液酸水平比较均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论MPP患儿血清MBL和唾液酸水平明显增高,可能与机体炎症反应有关。

Serum levels of mannose-binding lectin and sialic acid in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

Abstract:
Objective To investigate serum levels of mannose binding lectin (MBL) and sialic acid in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP). Methods Ninety five children with MPP(MPP group) and 60 healthy children were (control group) were enrolled in the study. Serum MBL and sialic acids levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and neuraminidase method respectively. MBL and sialic acid levels between the two groups were compared. Results MBL levels in MPP group at both acute phase and convalescent phase were significant higher than those in control group (both P<0.05). Sialic acid level in MPP group at acute phase was higher than that in control group (P<0.05), while sialic acid level at convalescent phase had no difference with that in control group (P >0.05). Conclusion Serum MBL and sialic acid levels in MPP children are increased, which may be correlated with inflammatory reaction.
