目的探讨膝骨性关节炎(knee-osterarthritis,KOA)患者的MRI检查超短波长序列(UTE)分级与膝关节疼痛程度的关系。方法收集66例KOA患者的临床资料,对股骨内侧髁软骨UTE进行分级,就诊时患者的疼痛程度进行视觉模拟评分(VAS评分),比较不同UTE分级患者的VAS评分,并对两者的关系作相关性分析。结果VAS评分均为重度疼痛时,UTE分级0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级者所占比例分别为10.0%(1/10)、21.7%(5/23)、33.3%(7/21)、50.0%(6/12),差异有统计学意义(字2=5.936,P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,股骨远端内侧髁软骨UTE分级与VAS评分存在相关性(r=0.62,P<0.01)。结论KOA患者的MRIUTE分级与膝关节疼痛程度存在相关性。 |

Objective To assess the correlation of ultrashort echo time MRI (UTE MRI) classification with pain visual analogue scale (VSA) score in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods Sixty six patients with KOA underwent MRI examinations. The UTE MRI classification on the medial femoral condyle cartilage was performed and the level of pain was evaluated with visual analogue scale (VAS); and the correlation of UTE classification with VAS scores was analyzed. Results In patients with UTE 0, Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, the proportion of severe pain shown by VAS scores were 10.0%(1/10), 21.7%(5/23), 33.3%(7/21) and 50.0%(6/12), respectively (字2=5.936, P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the UTE grading of distal femoral medial condyle cartilage was correlated with its VAS score(r=0.62, P<0.01). Conclusion There is a correlation between MRI UTE
classification and knee pain score in patients with KOA. |
