目的探讨急性脑出血患者发病第3、7天的血清水通道蛋白4(AQP4)水平与脑组织水肿体积的相关性。方法对50例自发性脑出血患者采用ELISA法检测出血第3、7天血清AQP4水平,通过头颅CT计算脑出血和脑水肿体积,计算相对水肿体积并分析其与AQP4水平的关系。结果脑出血后第7天AQP4水平与相对水肿体积均较第3天升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);第3天与第7天AQP4水平的改变与相对水肿体积差值呈正相关(r=0.555,P<0.01)。结论脑出血后血肿周围水肿的形成及发展与血清AQP4的异常表达密切相关,减少AQP4的过度表达有可能成为脑出血后脑水肿治疗新途径。 |

Objective To investigate the association betweenserum AQP4 level and brain edema volume following intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Methods Serum AQP4 was measured in 50 patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage within 3-7 d after onset. Hematoma volume, peripheral edema volume and relative edema were measured at the same time by CT scan. Results Serum AQP4 levels and relative edema volume at 7d following ICH were significantly increased, compared to those at d3. Serum AQP4 levels were positively correlated withrelative edema volume at d3 and d7 (r=0.555, P <0.01). Conclusion AQP4 may be involved in the development of cerebral edema and cerebral injury after ICH, indicating that AQP4 might be a new therapeutic targed for brain edema after cerebral hemorrhage. |
