| 目的 探究恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎（乙肝）肝纤维化的疗效。 方法 将 128 例慢性乙肝肝纤 维化患者随机分为治疗组 65 例（口服恩替卡韦分散片 0.5 mg，1 次 /d；扶正化瘀胶囊 1.5 g，3 次 /d）与对照组 63 例（口服恩替卡韦分 散片 0.5 mg，1 次 /d），两组疗程均为 24 周；比较分析治疗前后肝功能、血清肝纤维化和超声影像学指标。 结果 治疗后，两组患者肝 功能、肝纤维化和超声影像学指标均有所好转，治疗组肝纤维化、超声影像学指标明显好于对照组（均 P＜0.05）。 结论 恩替卡韦联 合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗慢性乙肝肝纤维化的效果良好，优于单用恩替卡韦。 |

| Entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule for treating hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B patients |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of entecavir combined with Traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Huayu capsule for treating hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods One hundred and twenty eight patients with hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitisB were randomly divided into 2 groups. The study group (n=65) was given oral entecavir 0.5mg qd combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule 1.5g tid. The control group (n=63) was given oral entecavir 0.5mg qd only. The treatment course was 24 weeks in the two groups. The main symptoms, liver function, serum hepatic fibrosis markers and ultrasonographic images were compared before and after treatment in two groups, and between two groups. Results After 24 weeks of treatment, the liver function, liver fibrosis indexes and ultrasonographic images in two groups were improved in different degrees, the improvement of liver fibrosis indexes and the ultrasonographic image in study group was more significantly than that in control group (P＜0.05) . Conclusion Entecavir combined with Traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Huayu capsule has better clinical effect on hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitisB patients． |
