血清PD-ECGF在伴或不伴糖尿病脑梗死患者中的差异性研究

摘要:
目的研究血清血小板衍生内皮细胞生长因子(PD-ECGF)在伴或不伴糖尿病脑梗死患者中的差异性。方法将73例急性脑梗死患者根据是否伴有糖尿病分为伴有糖尿病的急性脑梗死组(CI+DM组)32例和不伴糖尿病的急性脑梗死组(CI组)41例,动态测定发病后第1、3、7、10~14天时血清PD-ECGF水平,评价入院时、发病第10~14天的美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)。同时测定30例伴有糖尿病非脑血管病患者(DM组)、30例不伴糖尿病非脑血管病患者(NC组)血清PD-ECGF水平作为对照。结果与NC组相比,CI组患者在脑梗死后第1、3、7、10~14天时的血清PD-ECGF水平均明显增高且出现动态变化(P<0.05)。与DM组相比,CI+DM组患者在脑梗死后第1、3、7、10~14的血清PD-ECGF水平不增高且无动态变化(P>0.05)。与NC组相比,DM组PD-ECGF水平明显增高(P<0.05)。CI+DM组发病第10~14天的NIHSS评分高于CI组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者的基线PD-ECGF水平较高,当急性脑梗死发生后,PD-ECGF反而未能像不伴糖尿病的急性脑梗死患者那样进一步升高并呈动态变化。

Serum PD-ECGF levels in acute cerebral infarction patients with or without diabetes mellitus

Abstract:
Objective To investigate serum levels of platelet derived endothelial cell growth factor (PD-ECGF) in cerebral infarction patients with or without diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Seventy three consecutive patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled, including 32 cases with DM (CI+DM group) and 41 cases without DM (CI group). The PD-ECGF levels were detected by ELISA at d1, d3, d7 and d 10-14 after onset of stroke; the NIHSS was evaluated at d1 and d 10-14. The PD-ECGF levels were also detected in 30 DM patients without cerebrovascular disease (DM group) and 30 normal controls (NC group). Results Serum PD-ECGF levels were significantly increased in CI group at all time points compared with NC group (P<0.05). There were no differences in serum PD-ECGF levels between CI+DM group and DM group at different time points(P > 0.05). Serum PD-ECGF levels were significantly increased in DM group compared with NC group(P<0.05). The scores of NIHSS in CI+DM group were higher than those in CI group at d10-14, but no differences at d1. Conclusion Serum PD-ECGF levels are higher in diabetes mellitus patients, but there are no dynamic variations after stroke, which is different from those without diabetes mellitus.
