目的观察不同剂量莪术对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃窦组织乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量的影响。方法50只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、25%莪术组、50%莪术组、0.1%多潘立酮组,每组各10只。刺激大鼠建立FD动物模型,之后采用不同浓度莪术和多潘立酮进行灌胃给药,14d后比较各组大鼠胃窦组织中AchE、NO、VIP水平。结果模型对照组大鼠胃窦组织中NO和VIP水平较正常对照组升高(均P<0.01),而AchE减低(P<0.01);25%莪术组、50%莪术组大鼠胃窦组织的AchE水平均升高,而VIP和NO水平均降低(均P<0.01)。结论莪术可升高FD大鼠胃窦AchE水平,降低VIP和NO水平,可能对FD有改善作用。 |

Effect of curcuma zedoary on contents of neurotransmitters in gastric antrum of rats with functional dyspepsia |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the effect of curcuma zedoary (CZ) on contents of neurotransmitters in gastric antrum of rats with functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group, model group, 25% CZ group, 50% CZ group and domperidone group. FD model was induced in all groups except control group, and 25% , 50% water decoction of curcuma zedoary, 0.1% domperidone were administrated by gavage in 3 treatment groups, respectively. The contents of acetylcholin esterase(AchE), nitric oxide(NO), vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in gastric antrum were measured. Results Compared to the control group, the contents of NO and VIP in FD group (model group) were
increased significantly (P<0.01), and the contents of AchE were decreased(P<0.01), the contents of AchE were increased, the
contents of VIP and NO in 25% and 50% CZ groups were decreased(P<0.01). Conclusion The curcuma zedoary increases the contents of AchE and decreases VIP and NO in gastric antrum of FD rat, indicating this drug may improve the symptoms of functional dyspepsia. |
