目的研究叉头框蛋白Q1(FOXQ1)和细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of FOXQ1 and CyclinD1 in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of FOXQ1 and CyclinD1 in 80 samples of gastric carcinoma and 25 samples of pericancerous tissue was detected by immunohitochemical EnVision method, and its relationship with clinical pathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of FOXQ1 and CyclinD1 in gastric carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in corresponding percicancerous gastric mucosa (both P<0.05). The positive expression rates of FOXQ1 and CyclinD1 were correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (both P<0.05), but not correlated with age, sex, tumor size or degree of differentiation (P >0.05). The expression of FOXQ1 in gastric carcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of CyclinD1 (P<0.05). Conclusion The high expression of FOXQ1 and CyclinD1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, the combined detection of FOXQ1 and CyclinD1 can be used to determine the invasive and metastatic potential of gastric carcinoma and the prognosis of the patients.
