目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者自我管理行为现状及影响因素。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查表和参考糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表并结合GDM患者实际特点自行设计的问卷调查表对950例GDM患者自我管理行为水平进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果GDM患者自我管理行为总得分率仅为63.14%,各维度得分率由高到低依次为运动管理、膳食控制、定期复查、血糖监测、体重管理、药物治疗。自我管理行为水平良好者占30.95%,中等者占29.47%,差者占39.58%。不同年龄、文化程度、产次、经济收入、付费方式和健康教育患者之间自我管理行为水平差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。非条件logistic回归分析显示,健康教育、文化程度和经济收入是影响GDM患者自我管理行为水平的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论GDM患者自我管理行为不是非常理想,健康教育、文化程度和经济收入是影响自我管理行为水平的主要因素。 |

Current status and influencing factors of self-management for gestational diabetes mellitus |

Abstract: |
Objective To assess the current status and influencing factors of self-management of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods The status of GDM self-management was surveyed with self-designed questionnaire in 950 pregnant women with GDM, and its influencing factors were analyzed explore. Results The total score of self-management practice in patients with GDM was 63.14%. The scores of various items from high to low order were exercise control, diet control, regular review, blood glucose monitoring, weight management and drug therapy, respectively. Among 950 GDM patients, the overall self-management level was good in 30.95% cases, moderate in 29.47%, poor in 39.58%. Univariate
analysis showed that age, education level, number of parturition, family income, medical insurance, health education were significantly associated with the self-management (all P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that health education, education level and family income are the influential factors for GDM self-management practice (all P<0.05). Conclusion The current status of self-management in the GDM patients is less satisfactory. The health education, education level, family income are the
mainfactors influencingthe self-management practice. |
