目的采用Pentacam系统4种模式测量近视成人角膜曲率,评估其一致性,为临床使用提供参考。方法选取近视志愿受试者64人(64眼),应用Pentacam系统4种模式(分别是3D25、3D50、CF50、CF100)测量角膜3mm直径范围水平中央曲率K1、角膜3mm直径范围垂直中央曲率K2。4种模式测量的K1、K2比较采用重复测量方差分析,采用Bonferroni法两两比较模式间的测量差异,测量结果的一致性研究采用Bland-Altman分析。结果Pentacam系统4种模式测量的受试者K1分别为(42.86±1.49)、(42.86±1.49)、(42.88±1.50)、(42.86±1.49)D,K2分别为(44.00±1.74)、(43.99±1.74)、(43.99±1.76)、(43.99±1.73)D,4种模式测量的K1、K2比较均无统计学差异(均P>0.05),两两比较亦均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。4种模式测量的K1、K2具有很好的一致性。结论Pentacam系统4种模式测量近视成人角膜曲率具有良好的一致性,在测量角膜中央曲率时可以替换使用。 |

Objective To evaluate the consistency of 4 different scan modes by Pentacam system for corneal curvature
measurement in myopic eyes. Methods Central corneal curvature [horizontal (K1) and vertical (K2)] of 64 eyes were measured by Pentacam in 4 different scan modes (3D25, 3D50, CF50 and CF100).The measurements of 4 modes were compared with repeated-measure analysis of variance and Bonferroni multiple comparison correction.Bland-Altman analysis was used to evaluate the consistency of 4 modes. Results The mean K1 obtained by 4 modes was (42.86±1.49), (42.86±1.49), (42.88± 1.50) and (42.86±1.49)D, respectively.And the mean K2 was (44.00±1.74), (43.99±1.74), (43.99±1.76) and (43.99±1.73)D,
respectively.There were no significant differences among the results of these 4 modes in K1 and K2 (both P >0.05).The Bland-Altman plot analysis showed that the 4 modes had comparable results for K1 and K2.For the maximum absolute values
of 95% limits of agreement (CI) were 0.37 and 0.41D, respectively. Conclusion The 4 scan modes of Pentacam system demon- strate high consistency for K1 and K2 measurement in myopic eyes, indicating that 4 scan modes can be used alternatively for the measurements of central corneal curvature. |
