| 目的探讨改进型鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法收集慢性泪囊炎患者50例，按手术方法分为实验组和对照组各25例，实验组行改进型鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术，对照组行单纯鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术，比较两组患者手术疗效及吻合口面积。结果术后12个月时实验组治愈27只眼，好转5只眼，有效率100.00%；对照组治愈25只眼，好转7只眼，无效2只眼，有效率94.12%；两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组和对照组吻合口面积分别为（8.31±0.56）和（7.18±0.58）mm2，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论改进型鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效较单纯术式好，手术组织损伤小，术后吻合口不易粘连，能提高远期疗效。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modified endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Fifty patients with chronic dacryocystitis were enrolled in the study, among whom 25 patients (32 eyes) were treated with modified endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy(study group) and 25 patients(34 eyes) were treated with endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (control group). Patients were followed up for 12 months, the efficacy and anastomotic area were evaluated in two groups. Results In study group 27 eyes were cured and 5 eyes achieved symptomatic relief with an effective rate of 100.00% 12 months after treatment, while in control group 25 eyes were cured 7 eyes achieved symptomatic relief, 2 eyes remained unchanged with an effective rate of 94.12%(P＜0.05). The anastomotic area of the study group and the control group was ( 8. 31 ± 0. 56) and ( 7. 18 ± 0.58) mm2, respectively (P＜ 0. 01). Conclusion Modified endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is effective for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis, with minimal surgery trauma and anastomotic atenosis. It can prevent postoperative anastomotic cicatricial adhesion and improve the long term outcome. |
