| 目的评价关节镜清理联合腓骨近端截骨治疗内翻性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择内翻性膝关节骨关节炎患者29例，采用关节镜清理联合腓骨近端截骨治疗，术前、末次随访采用美国特种外科医院膝关节（HSS）评分评估膝关节功能，比较术前与末次随访评分。结果所有患者均获随访，随访时间6~38（27.7±6.5）个月。术前膝关节HSS评分（48.66±6.29）分，末次随访（85.40±10.40）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；其中优20膝，良8膝，中2膝，差2膝，优良率为87.50%。结论关节镜清理联合腓骨近端截骨治疗内翻性膝关节骨关节炎手术创伤小，术后恢复快，近中期疗效满意，是一种有效的治疗方案。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by proximal fibular osteotomy combined with arthroscopic debridement. Methods Twenty nine patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated by proximal fibular osteotomy combined with arthroscopic debridement. The knee function was evaluated with Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Score (HSS) before surgery and at the last follow-up. Results Patients were followed up for 6-38 (27.7 ±6.5) months. The HSS scores of knee was increased from 48.66±6.29 before surgery to 85.40±10.40 at the last follow-up (P＜0.05). The outcomes were excellent in 20 knees, fine in 8 knees, normal in 2 knees and poor in 2 knees with an excellent and good rate of 87.50%. Conclusion Proximal fibular osteotomy assisted with arthroscopic debridement is a good choice for patients with knee osteoarthritis . |
