| 目的探讨甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重度感音神经性耳聋的较佳给药方式。方法予224例重度感音神经性耳聋患者甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗，按随机数字表法分为两组。A组（119例）患者经鼓室注射给药（40mg/次，隔天1次，共5次），B组（105例）患者经耳后注射给药(40mg/次，隔天1次，共5次)；比较两组患者的疗效（通过治疗30、60d后纯音听阈测定结果评判）。结果A组、B组患者总有效率分别为79.83%、60.00%，A组总有效率高于B组，两组比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。A组患者治疗后60d500、1000、2000Hz纯音听阈均低于B组（均P＜0.05）。结论鼓室注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重度感音神经性耳聋疗效相对确切，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To assess the efficacy of methylprednisolone sodium succinate with different administration routs in treatment of severe neural hearing loss. Methods Two hundred and twenty four patients with severe neural hearing loss were randomly assigned to two groups; Methylprednisolone sodium succinate was injected into tympanic cavity (40mg, q.o.d x 5) in 119 cases (group A) and methylprednisolone was injected into periosteum of mastoid (40mg, q.o.d x 5) in 105 cases (group B). The efficacy was evaluated with pure tone audiometry and compared between two groups on 30d, 60d after treatment,
respectively. Results The overall effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B (79.83% vs. 60.00%, P＜0.05). The
pure tone thresholds (dBHLs) at 500 Hz,1 000 Hz and 2 000 Hz in group A were significantly lower than those in group B (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion Tympanic cavity injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate shows a higher cure rate and more stable effective rate for severe neural hearing loss． |
