| 目的比较复方阿替卡因与利多卡因前牙浸润麻醉效果以及对血压的影响。方法对100例前牙不可复性牙髓炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组（72颗牙）和对照组（65颗牙）各50例，观察组采取复方阿替卡因0.6~0.8ml注入患牙唇侧根尖区黏膜下，对照组采取利多卡因2~4ml注入患牙唇侧根尖区黏膜下。比较两组患者的麻醉效果、血压变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组麻醉有效率为95.83%，对照组为86.15%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组麻醉前后血压差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），而对照组舒张压下降，心率增快，麻醉前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为4.00%，对照组为8.00%，两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论采用复方阿替卡因对前牙不可复性牙髓炎患者进行麻醉具有良好的麻醉效果，患者疼痛反应小、血压波动小、心率稳定，具有较高的安全性。 |

| Objective To compare the anesthetic efficacy and impact on blood pressure of compound articaine with
lidocaine in treating irreversible pulpitis of anterior teeth. Methods One hundred patients with irreversible pulpitis of anterior teeth who visited Hangzhou Dental Hospital between April 2013 to March 2014 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups (50 subjects each) randomly. The study group (72 teeth) adopted compound articaine anesthesia while the control group (65 teeth) adopted lidocaine anesthesia. The anesthetic efficacy, variation of blood pressure and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results The anesthetic efficacy of study group was 95.83% , while that of control group was 86.15%(P＜0.05). There was no statistical difference in blood pressure variations before and after injection in study group (P ＞ 0.05). In the control group, diastolic blood pressure dropped and heart rate increased after injection (P＜0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction was 4% in study group, while 8% in control group (P ＞0.05). Conclusion The anesthetic efficacy of com- pound articaine is higher in treating irreversible pulpitis of anterior teeth with less pain, little blood pressure fluctuation and more stable heart rate. |
