| 目的探讨CPNE3蛋白在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集肺腺癌组织标本82例（肺腺癌组）、癌旁肺组织标本20例（对照组），采用免疫组化SP法检测CPNE3蛋白的表达情况，并分析CPNE3蛋白在不同性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度、大小、分期及淋巴结转移患者中的表达差异。结果肺腺癌组CPNE3蛋白高表达53例（64.6%）、低表达29例（35.4%），对照组高表达0例（0%）、低表达20例（100%），肺腺癌组CPNE3蛋白高表达率明显大于对照组（字2=12.67，P＜0.01）。CPNE3蛋白的表达在不同TNM分期、是否淋巴结转移患者及不同组织标本中的差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05或0.01）；在不同性别、年龄、分化程度及肿瘤大小患者中的差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。结论CPNE3蛋白在肺腺癌组织中表达增高，并与肺癌的分期、淋巴结转移相关；CPNE3蛋白可作为评估肺癌患者病变范围和预后的标志物。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression of CPNE3 protein in lung adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of CPNE3 protein was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 82 specimens of lung adenocarcinoma and 20 specimens of adjacent normal lung tissue. The relationship of CPNE3 expression with sex, age, tumor size, degree of differentiation, staging and lymph nodes metastasis was analyzed. Results The expression of CPNE3 protein in lung adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal lung tissue(P＜0.01). The expression levels of CPNE3 in stage Ⅲb and IV lung adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in stage I , Ⅱand Ⅲa (P＜0.05). The CPNE3 expression levels of were higher in lung adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis (P＜0.05). Conclusion The increased expression of CPNE3 in lung adenocarcinoma is correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis, indicating that CPNE3 may serve as a new marker for evaluation of the severity and prognosis of lung cancer. |
