| 目的探讨枸橼酸莫沙必利片在胶囊内镜检查前肠道准备中的应用价值。方法将进行胶囊内镜检查的70例患者随机分为观察组（35例）和对照组（35例）。观察组检查前3d前开始口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片5mg，3次/d，肠道准备前半小时口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片10mg，对照组按常规行肠道准备，观察胶囊内镜通过情况及患者肠道准备过程中的不良反应。结果观察组平均胃排空时间（32±16）min，对照组（63±28）min，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=5.253，P＜0.05）。完成全小肠检查者通过时间观察组（228±43）min，对照组（303±55）min，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=4.261，P＜0.05）。全小肠检查完成率观察组为100%，对照组为94.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（字2=4.305，P＜0.05）。观察组胶囊内镜诊断阳性率为28.6%，对照组为25.7%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（字2=1.428，P＞0.05）。观察组出现的恶心、呕吐等不良反应也明显低于对照组（字2=5.229，P＜0.05）。结论胶囊内镜检查前给予口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片可能缩短胃肠排空时间，从而提高全小肠检查完成率，可能减少肠道准备过程中不良反应的发生。 |

| Objective To assess the application of mosapride citrate tablet in preparation of capsule endoscopy examination. Methods Seventy patients undergoing capsule endoscopy examination were divided into two groups randomly: test group (n=35) and control group (n= 35)．The conventional bowel cleansing was prepared at 6 h before the examination in both groups, oral mosapride citrate tablet was given to patients in test group before the examination. Results The average gastric emptying time in test group was shorter than that in control group (32±16 min vs. 63±28 min, t=5.253, P＜0.05)．The average time of complete small-bowel examination in test group was also shorter than that in control group (228 ±43 min vs.
303±55 min, t=4.261, P＜0.05)．The rate of complete small-bowel examination was 100% in test group while 94.3% in control group (字2 =4.305, P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in diagnostic yield of capsule endoscopy between two groups (28.6% vs 25.7%, 字2=1.428, P ＞0.05). The adverse effect rate in test group was significantly lower than that in control group (字2=
5.229, P ＜0.05). Conclusion Mosapride citrate tablet can reduce the gastric emptying time，raise the rate of complete small-bowel examination of capsule endoscopy. |
