| 目的探讨安今益和利维爱对绝经后女性血脂代谢、糖代谢的影响。方法选择门诊的200例绝经后女性。按1:1病例对照配对原则，随机分为安今益组和利维爱组两组。分别测定初诊和治疗1年后两组对象的身高、体重、Kupperman评分、雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、TC、TG、HDL、LDL、空腹血糖（FPG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）水平，并计算稳态模式胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）。结果初诊时两组年龄、身高、体重、Kupperman评分、E2、FSH、血脂代谢、糖代谢指标比较差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。治疗1年后与初诊时比较，两组TC和TG水平均明显降低（均P＜0.05）；安今益组HDL水平明显升高，FPG和HOMA-IR水平降低（均P＜0.05）。治疗1年后，安今益组与利维爱组比较，HDL水平明显升高，LDL、FPG和HOMA-IR水平明显降低（均P＜0.05）。结论安今益作为绝经激素连续联合治疗的新型药物，可改善血脂代谢和糖代谢，效果优于利维爱。 |

| Objective To explore the effects of Livial and Angeliq treatment on lipid and glucose metabolism in
postmenopausal women. Methods The 200 cases of postmenopausal women were recruited from the outpatient in the Hangzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. This was a paired controlled clinical study that randomly divided into Angeliq group and Livial group. Height, weight, Kupperman index, estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), TC, TG, HDL, LDL, fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and fasting insulin(FINS) were measured before and after 1 year treatment, respectively. It was also calculated the homeostasis model assessment index (HOMA-IR). Results Age, height, weight, Kupperman index, E2, FSH, lipid metabolism, glucose metabolism were no significant difference before treatment in two groups (all P ＞0.05). The level of total TC and TG were significantly decreased after 1 year treatment compared with those before treatment in two groups (all P＜0.05), Angeliq group can significantly increased HDL and decreased FPG, HOMA-IR after 1 year treatment (all P＜0.05). Angeliq group can significantly increased HDL and decreased LDL, FPG, HOMA-IR compared with Livial group after 1 year treatment (all P＜ 0.05). Conclusion Angeliq as a continuous combination therapy new drug used in postmenopausal woman, its functions of regulating lipid metabolism, improving glucose metabolism are better than those of Livial. |
