目的探讨小儿锁骨上臂丛神经的超声解剖学特点及超声引导下锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞的临床应用。方法选取ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期拟行上肢手术患儿50例,超声检查锁骨上臂丛神经的分布,观察臂丛神经的声像图特点,并在超声引导下行锁骨上臂丛阻滞。结果50例患者锁骨上臂丛神经超声均清晰显示,在超声引导下以0.2%罗哌卡因行锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞,有效率达98%。结论锁骨上臂丛神经超声解剖结构清晰,超声引导下锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞安全性、可行性高。 |

Objective To examine the ultrasonic anatomical characteristics of supraclavicular brachial plexus nerves in children and its application in ultrasound-guided block anesthesia. Methods Fifty pediatric patients with ASA I or Ⅱ undergoing selective operation were enrolled in this study.The distribution of supraclavicular brachial plexus nerves was examined by ultrasonography. The imaging features of brachial plexus nerves were observed; the diameter of nerve trunk and the depth between the skin and nerve trunk was measured.Supraclavicular brachial plexus nerve block was performed under ultrasound guidance. Results The supraclavicular brachial plexus nerves of 50 children were clearly shown on ultrasonography. Ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia was performed using 0.2% ropivacaine with an effective rate of 98% . Conclusion The anatomy of brachial plexus nerve can be clearly shown in ultrasonography.Ultra- sound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia is safe and effective in children. |
