| 目的探讨专科门诊联合品管圈活动在降低妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）患者低血糖发生率中的作用。方法通过专科门诊联合品管圈，分析GDM患者低血糖发生的原因，针对性制订对策并实施。结果专科门诊联合开展品管圈活动之后，孕妇的健康知识掌握率较单纯专科门诊的掌握率明显提高（P＜0.05），低血糖发生率从10.43%降低到2.27%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），品管圈中目标达成率为107.50%，进步率为84.18%，圈员综合能力明显提升（P＜0.05）。结论专科门诊联合品管圈活动较单纯专科门诊有助于降低GDM患者低血糖的发生率。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of special clinic combined with quality control circle in reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with gestational diabetes (GDM). Methods The causes of hypoglycemia in GDM patients were analyzed and corresponding measures were formulated and implemented through special clinic combined with quality control circle. Results Compared to special clinic alone, the rate of health knowledge awareness among pregnant women joining in special clinic and quality control circle increased significantly (P＜0.05), the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly reduced from 10.43% to 2.27%(P＜0.05). The target achievement rate was 107.5%, the progress rate was 84.18%, and the comprehensive ability was significantly enhanced (P＜0.05) in quality control circle. Conclusion Special clinic combined with quality control circle is more effective than special clinic alone in reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with gestational diabetes. |
