| 目的比较一次法与多次法根管充填术治疗不可复性牙髓炎的效果。方法选取不可复性急性牙髓炎患者80例（80颗牙）。将患者按随机数字表法分为研究组（40例40颗牙）和对照组（40例40颗牙）。研究组患者给予一次法根管充填术治疗。对照组患者给予多次法根管充填术治疗。观察并比较两组患者完成治疗7d、1年后疼痛程度，以及完成治疗6、12个月后治疗效果。结果完成治疗7d后，研究组患者轻度疼痛发生率高于对照组（25.0%vs7.5%，P＜0.05）。完成治疗1年后，两组患者疼痛程度发生情况比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。完成治疗6、12个月后研究组患者治疗成功率均高于对照组（90.0%vs82.5%、92.0%vs83.3%，均P＜0.05）。结论与多次法根管充填术相比，一次法根管充填术治疗不可复性牙髓炎治疗周期短，成功率较高。 |

| Efficacy of primary root canal filling versus multiple root canal filling for irrevocable pulpitis |

| Objective To compare the efficacy of primary root canal filling with multiple root canal filling in treatment of irrevocable pulpitis. Methods Eighty patients with irrevocable pulpitis (80 teeth) were randomly assigned to two groups: patients in study group(40 cases, 40 teeth) were treated with primary root canal filling, and those in control group (40 cases, 40 teeth) were treated with multiple root canal filling. The incidence of pain was observed at 7d and 1 y after treatment, and the efficacy was evaluated at 6 and 12 months after treatment. Results The incidence of mild pain in the study group was higher than that in the control group (25.0% vs. 7.5%, P＜0.05) 7d after treatment, but there was no significant difference at 1 y after treatment between two groups (P ＞0.05). After 6 and 12 months of treatment, the cure rate in the study group was higher than that in control group
(90.0% vs. 82.5%, 92.0% vs 83.3%, both P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with multiple root canal filling, primary root canal filling has advantages of shorter treatment period and higher cure rate for irreversible pulpitis. |
