TGF-β1及其受体TGFBR2基因多态性与单纯收缩性高血压的关系研究

摘要:
目的探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及其受体2(TGFBR2)的单核苷酸多态性与单纯收缩性高血压(ISH)之间的关系。方法运用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,检测ISH组(103例)与对照组(169例)的TGF-β1基因的-869T/C位点、TGFBR2基因的-3779A/G和-1444C/G位点的基因多态性。结果TGF-β1基因的-869T/C多态性在ISH组和对照组中的分布及其等位基因频率均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。同时,TGFBR2基因的-3779A/G和-1444C/G位点的单核苷酸多态性在两组间也无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论TGF-β1基因-869T/C位点、TGFBR2基因的-3779A/G和-1444C/G位点的基因多态性与ISH发病无明显相关。

Association of TGF-β1 and TGFBR2 gene polymorphisms with isolated systolic hypertension

Abstract:
Objective To explore the association of transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1)and its receptor 2 (TGFBR2) single nucleotide polymorphisms with isolated systolic hypertension (ISH). Methods The polymorphisms of TGF-β1-869T/C, TGFBR2-3779A/G and TGFBR2-1444C/G were analyzed with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in 103 ISH patients and 169 healthy individuals. Results No significant differences in genotype and frequency of TGF-β1-869T/C polymorphisms between ISH group and control group were observed (P >0.05). There was no significant difference in the frequency of TGFBR2-3779A/G and -1444C/G genotypes between ISH group control group (P >0.05). Conclusion TGF-β1-869T/C, TGFBR2-3779A/G and TGFBR2-1444C/G genotypes may not be the susceptible factors to isolated systolic hypertension.
