                | Objective To investigate the relationship between serum anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) level and the cardiovascular disease risk in reproductive age women. Methods Two hundred regularly-cycling women aged 25-45 years visiting Department of Reproductive Endocrinology Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital were enrolled. The serum anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) levels were measured, and its relationship with cardio-metabolic risk factors was analyzed. Results Serum AMH levels were correlated with TC(茁=2.72, P<0.05), LDL-C(茁 =2.61, P<0.05), ApoB (茁=2.73, P<0.05) and LPA(茁=2.26, P<
0.05) in women aged 25-35 years, while not correlated with HDL-C, ApoA1and fasting plasma glucose (all P >0.05). And there was no significant correlation of AMH with all above risk factors in women age from 36-45 years (all P >0.05). Conclusion AMH may provide reference for evaluate the early cardiovascular disease risk in reproductive age women. |
