目的探讨鱼油脂肪乳剂对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠肝脏的保护作用及作用机制。方法将60只幼年雄性SD大鼠分为Blank组、LPS组和Omega组,每组20只。穿刺大鼠尾静脉,Blank组和LPS组注射0.9%氯化钠溶液,Omega组注射10%Omegaven,连续7d。第8天向Blank组大鼠气管内喷洒0.9%氯化钠溶液,Omega组和LPS组大鼠喷洒LPS。8h后麻醉大鼠,开腹经髂总静脉抽取血液,并切取肝组织和肺组织,观察各组大鼠肝组织和肺组织的病理改变,检测血清中ALT、AST和前列腺素E2(PGE2)浓度。结果Blank组肝小叶结构完整,肝细胞未见变性;肺泡结构完整,肺泡腔内无明显渗出及炎症细胞浸润。Omega组和LPS组肝组织表现为轻度非特异性炎症改变,肺组织可见明显炎症细胞浸润和出血。LPS组ALT和AST明显高于Blank组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Omega组与Blank组、LPS组ALT和AST比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。LPS组PGE2浓度明显高于Omega组和Blank组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);但Omega组和Blank组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鱼油脂肪乳剂能够减轻LPS引起的肝损伤,其可能是通过调节花生四烯酸的代谢对ALI大鼠发挥保护作用。 |

Objective To assess the efficacy of electroacupuncture in treatment of patients with mild obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods Eighty patients diagnosed as mild OSAHS by polysomnography were randomly divided into study group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Patients in both groups received health education and Chinese medical herbs for 8 weeks, while those in study group were given additional electroacupuncture. The sleep apnea
hypopnea index (AHI), the longest apnea time, the lowest nocturnal oxygen saturation (SpO2), the serum nuclear factor-κB
(NF-κB), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels were measured and compared before and after medical treatment in two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the AHI and the longest apnea time in study group were declined, the lowest nocturnal SpO2 improved, and the serum NF-κB, IL-6 and TNF-α levels were decreased significantly(all
P<0.05), while there were no significant changes in above indicators in control group (all P >0.05). After treatment, the AHI, the
longest apnea time, serum NF-κB, IL-6, TNF-α levels in study group were lower, the lowest nocturnal SpO2 was higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture can effectively alleviate symptoms of mild OSAHS patients, and attenuate the inflammatory reaction with decreased serum NF-κB, IL-6 and TNF-α levels. |
