目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者盆腔痛与子宫内膜氧化应激及血流动力学指标的关系。方法选取EMs患者94例为观察组,根据盆腔疼痛程度将其分为轻度组(31例)、中度组(35例)和重度组(28例),另选取30例子宫内膜正常者为对照组。采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测各组受试者子宫内膜组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,硫代巴比妥酸比色法检测各组受试者丙二醛(MDA)水平,彩色多普勒超声检测各组患者血流阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、收缩期最大流速(PSV)及舒张末期流速(EDV)。对比各组患者氧化应激水平及血流动力学指标,并分析各指标与盆腔痛的相关性。结果观察组各组患者MDA、PSV及EDV水平均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),SOD、RI及PI水平均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者MDA、PSV、EDV水平与盆腔疼痛程度呈正相关(r=0.877、0.223和0.655,均P<0.05),其SOD、RI、PI水平与盆腔疼痛程度呈负相关(r=-0.869、-0.615和-0.715,均P<0.01)。结论EMs患者的盆腔痛与MDA、PSV及EDV水平呈正相关,与SOD、RI及PI水平呈负相关,临床上可通过检测患者上述氧化应激及血流动力学指标来指导治疗。 |

Relationship of pelvic pain with oxidative stress and hemodynamics in patients with endometriosis |

Objective To analyze the relationship of pelvic pain with oxidative stress and hemodynamics in patients with endometriosis (EMs) Methods Ninety four patients with EMs were enrolled, including 31 cases of mild pelvic pain, 35 cases of moderate pain and 28 cases of severe pain; and 30 patients with normal endometrium were also enrolled as control group. Xanthine oxidase method and thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method were used to detect the level of super oxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA), respectively; and the color Doppler ultrasonography was used to detect the level of resistant index(RI), pulsatility index(PI), peak systolic velocity(PSV) and end diastolic velocity(EDV). The correlation of oxidative stress and hemodynamics with pelvic pain was analyzed. Results The levels of MDA, PSV and EDV in EMs group were significantly higher
than those in control group(all P<0.05), and the levels of SOD, RI and PI were significantly lower than those in control group (all
P<0.05). The levels of MDA, PSV and EDV in EMs group were positively correlated with pelvic pain (r=0.877, 0.223, 0.655, all P< 0.05), and the levels of SOD, RI and PI were negatively correlated with pelvic pain (r=-0.869, -0.615, -0.715, all P<0.01). Con- clusion The pelvic pain of EMs patients was positively correlated with MDA, PSV and EDV levels and negatively correlated with
SOD, RI and PI levels, indicating that oxidative stress and hemodynamic indicators can provide a reference for the treatment of pelvic pain in endometriosis patients. |
