MYBL2和p53在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义研究

摘要:
目的探讨胃癌组织中MYBL2和p53联合表达的临床意义。方法应用组织芯片技术构建88例胃癌和相应癌旁组织的芯片,采用免疫组化EnVision法检测胃癌组织和癌旁组织中MYBL2和p53的表达差异,结合患者临床病理资料进行统计学分析。结果胃癌组织中MYBL2和p53的表达均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中MYBL2和p53阳性表达率分别为62.50%(55/88)、70.45%(62/88),癌旁组织中分别为12.50%(11/88)、10.22%(9/88),MYBL2和p53表达均与胃癌的临床分期、浸润深度及淋巴结是否转移有关(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,胃癌组织中MYBL2和p53阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论MYBL2和p53蛋白表达上调参与胃癌的发生、进展过程,其异常表达呈一致性变化,可能是一对协同作用因素。

Expression of MYBL2 and p53 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of MYBL2 and p53 protein in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of MYBL2 and p53 in 88 samples of gastric carcinoma and paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohitochemical En Vision method. The association of MYBL2 and p53 expression with clinicopathological features of patients was analyzed. Results The expression of MYBL2 and p53 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P<0.05). The positive rates of MYBL2 and p53 protein in gastric cancer tissues were 62.50% (55/88)and 70.45% (62/88), and those in paracancerous tissues were 12.50% (11/88) and 10.22% (9/88), respectively. The expressions of MYBL2 and p53 were correlated with the clinical stage, the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P< 0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of MYBL2 was positively correlated with the expression of p53 (P<0.05). Conclusion The expressions of MYBL2 and p53 protein are up-regulated in gastric cancer, which may be involved in the development and progression of the cancer.
