| 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中叉头框蛋白C2（FOXC2）、基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP-9）的表达特点及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化Envision二步法检测70例NSCLC及其对应癌旁组织中FOXC2、MMP-9蛋白表达情况，并分析NSCLC组织中FOXC2、MMP-9的蛋白表达与临床病理因素的关系，以及FOXC2与MMP-9蛋白表达的相关性。结果NSCLC组织中FOXC2、MMP-9蛋白阳性表达率为71.43%、75.71%，分别高于对应癌旁组织的18.57%、15.71%（均P＜0.05）。NSCLC组织中FOXC2、MMP-9蛋白阳性表达率与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关（均P＜0.05）。NSCLC组织中FOXC2与MMP-9蛋白表达呈正相关（rs=0.674，P＜0.05）。结论NSCLC组织中FOXC2、MMP-9蛋白表达均明显上调，其异常表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移等相关；FOXC2与MMP-9蛋白表达呈正相关。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression of Forkhead C2 (FOXC2) and matrix metallo proteinase 9 (MMP-9) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of FOXC2 and MMP9 was detected in 70 cases of NSCLC and non-cancerous adjacent tissues by immunohistochemical En Vision method. Results The positive rates of FOXC2 and MMP-9 were significantly higher in cancer tissue than those in non-cancerous adjacent tissues (P＜0.05). The expression of FOXC2 and MMP-9 protein was correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P＜0.05). There was
a positive correlation between FOXC2 and MMP-9 expression in NSCLC (P＜0.05). Conclusion The expression of FOXC2 and MMP-9 is significantly increased in NSCLC, which is closely correlated with occurrence and malignant development of NSCLC. |
