| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨戒烟对胃血流动力学和胃动力学的影响。方法 利用超声可视化技术对30例戒烟志愿者进行戒烟前后的评估。结果 戒烟后脾动脉和肝固有动脉阻力指数、血流峰值下降（P＜0.01），且胃收缩频率增加、幅度增大、排空加快，胃十二指肠之间的反流减少（P＜0.05）。结论 超声是评估戒烟对胃血流动力学和胃动力学变化的一种有效方法，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To evaluate the change of gastric hemodynamic and antral motility resulting from smoking cessation. Methods gastric hemodynamic and antral motility were measured by ultrasound in 30 healthy volunteer before and after smoking cessation. Results Peak velocity and RI of splenic artery and hepatic propriety artery were decreased after smoking cessation(P＜0.01), Frequency and amplitude of antral contractions were increased, gastric emptying was accelerated, doudenogastric reflux was decreased after smoking cessation(P＜0.05).Conlusions Ultrasound is proved to be an effective method in evaluation of gastric hemodynamic and antral motility after smoking cessation, well worth clinical application. |
