| 目的观察不同方法修复耳廓肿瘤切除术后组织缺损的效果。方法回顾性分析近6年收治的89例（89耳）耳廓较常见皮肤肿瘤患者的临床资料，均行耳廓肿瘤切除+游离皮片移植或带蒂皮瓣转移修复术，观察其术后恢复情况。结果89例患者中，脂溢性角化病68例，基底细胞癌13例，高分化鳞状细胞癌6例，皮脂腺痣2例。完全切除肿瘤后行皮片移植或邻近带蒂皮瓣转移修复创面，耳廓外形良好。仅1例移植面积最大的患者（锁骨下上胸部全厚皮片移植）术后发生感染及大部分皮肤坏死，经换药后痊愈；其余均一次性移植成功。术后随访1年，均未见复发。结论耳廓肿瘤切除术后组织缺损采用游离皮片移植或带蒂皮瓣转移修复的疗效确切，可在临床推广。 |

| Repair of tissue defect after auricle tumor resection |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of tissue defect repair after auricle tumor resection. Methods The clinical data of 89 patients with auricle tumors(89 ears) treated in the last 6 years were retrospectively reviewed. Results Among 89 patients, there were 68 cases of auricular seborrheic keratoses, 13 cases of basal cell carcinoma, 6 cases of well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and 2 cases of sebaceous nevus. After complete removal of the tumors, skin grafts or adjacent pedicle flaps were used to repair tissue defects. The auricles were well-formed. The large transplant area was infected leading to skin necrosis after the operation only in one patient treated with full thickness subcutaneous clavicle graft. There was no recurrence after follow-up for 1 year. Conclusion Skin grafts or adjacent pedicle flap transfer after auricle tumor resection is effective for repair of tissue defect. |
