| 目的观察奥美拉唑联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗大学生患者功能性消化不良的效果。方法回顾性选取功能性消化不良大学生患者100例，其中50例患者给予奥美拉唑联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗，为观察组，另50例患者单用奥美拉唑治疗，为对照组。观察并比较两组患者临床疗效，治疗前后胃促生长素和胃动素水平，不良反应发生率和复发率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组（88.0%vs72.0%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者胃促生长素和胃动素水平均高于对照组（均P＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组患者复发率低于对照组（6.2%vs22.4%，P＜0.05）。结论奥美拉唑联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗大学生功能性消化不良效果理想，可改善其临床症状，减少复发率，且无明显不良反应。 |

| Efficacy of omeprazole combined with capsule in treatment of functional dyspepsia in college students |

| Objective To observe the efficacy of omeprazole combined with capsule in treatment of functional dyspepsia in college students. Methods One hundred college students with functional dyspepsia were enrolled in the study, among whom 50 were treated with omeprazole plus capsule (study group) and 50 were treated with omeprazole alone (control group). The clinical efficacy, the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared, and serum levels of ghrelin and motilin were measured before and after treatment. Results The overall
effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than that in the control group (88.0% vs. 72.0%, P＜0.05). After treatment, the
levels of ghrelin and motilin in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P ＞0.05). The recurrence rate was significantly lower in study group than that in control group (6.2% vs. 22.4%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole combined with capsule is more effective than omeprazole alone for treatment of functional dyspepsia in college students. It can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate with less adverse reaction. |
