| 目的探讨胰腺癌组织中从蛋白B1（Plexin-B1）、脑胶质瘤相关癌基因-1（Gli1）蛋白表达及其与临床特征的关系。方法选取经手术后病理学证实的69份胰腺癌组织标本为胰腺癌组，胰腺癌旁3cm的34份正常组织标本为对照组。采用免疫组化染色检测组织标本中Plexin-B1、Gli1蛋白表达情况，并分析其与胰腺癌患者临床特征的关系。结果胰腺癌组Plexin-B1、Gli1蛋白表达阳性率均明显高于对照组（均P＜0.05）。胰腺癌组织中Plexin-B1、Gli1蛋白表达与临床分期、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移等有关（均P＜0.05）。胰腺癌组织中Plexin-B1与Gli1蛋白表达呈正相关（r=0.885，P＜0.05）。结论胰腺癌组织中Plexin-B1、Gli1蛋白表达阳性率明显升高，与患者的临床分期、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移等有关。 |

| Expression of Plexin-B1 and Gli1 in pancreatic cancer tissues and its clinicopathological significance |

| Objective To investigate the expression of Plexin - B1 and glioma associated oncogene-1 ( Gli1 ) in pancreatic cancer and its clinicopathological significance. Methods Sixty nine tissue samples of pancreatic carcinoma and 34 samples of paracancerous tissues were collected from January 2013 to May 2016. The expression of Plexin-B1and Gli1 proteins was detected by immunohistochemical staining and its relationship with clinical and pathological features of pancreatic cancer was analyzed. Results The expression of Gli1 and Plexin-B1 in pancreatic carcinoma was significantly higher than
that in pericancerous tissues (53.62% vs. 26.47% and 72.46% vs. 20.59%, all P＜0.05). The expression levels of Gli1 protein
and Plexin-B1 protein in pancreatic cancer were correlated with clinical stage, tumor diameters and lymph node metastasis (P＜0.05). The expression of Gli1 was positively correlated with Plexin-B1 in pancreatic cancer tissues (r=0.885, P＜0.01). Conclusion The expression of Plexin-B1 and Gli1 protein in pancreatic cancer tissues is up-regulated, which are closely correlated with the clinicopathological features of pancreatic cancer. |
