| 摘要：原发性胸膜上皮样血管肉瘤（Primary pleural epithelial angiosarcoma，PPA）极为罕见，恶性程度高，临床症状及影像学表现不典型，误诊率极高，今将1例青年男性以液气胸为主要表现的PPA进行报道，并结合文献，为临床诊断提供依据。 |

| Abstract: Primary pleural epithelial angiosarcoma (PPA) is an extremely rare,with a high degree of malignancy.The clinical presentation and radiologic features of this malignancy are usually nonspecific.The misdiagnosis rate of PPA is higher. A young male patient diagnosed with PPA was reported with hydropneumothorax as the main manifestation, and we combined with the literature to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis. |
