TNFAIP3变异与自身免疫性疾病研究进展

摘要:
TNFAIP3编码的A20蛋白是一种重要的免疫负调节分子,其基因变异与类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、溃疡性结肠炎等多种自身免疫性疾病的发生和发展密切相关。目前,TNFAIP3在免疫系统中的作用及其变异的生物学机制仍未明确,治疗上的应用前景也未完全阐明。本文将对TNFAIP3变异与自身免疫性疾病的关联进行综述,并展望该领域未来的研究方向。

Abstract:
The A20 protein encoded by TNFAIP3 is an important immune negative regulatory molecule, and its genetic variants are closely associated with the occurrence and development of various autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sj?gren"s syndrome, and ulcerative colitis. Currently, the biological mechanisms of TNFAIP3"s role in the immune system and its variants remain unclear, and the prospects for therapeutic applications are not fully elucidated. This article will review the association between TNFAIP3 variants and autoimmune diseases, and provide insights into future research directions in this field.
