| 类风湿性关节炎是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病。RA的病因和发病机制不明,发病率呈上升趋势,由于其诊治的不方便性,常常造成误诊、漏诊等。临床预测模型可通过对患者临床特征、实验室检查、影像学检查等数据进行分析并建立预测模型,可预测和评估疾病临床诊断、治疗效果、预后转归,这为风湿性性疾病诊治提供了新方法。本文就临床预测模型在风湿性疾病中的应用进展进行综述。 |

| Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disease. The etiology and pathogenesis of RA are unclear. Inconvenience of diagnosis and treatment frequently causes misdiagnosis and missing diagnosis .The clinical prediction model can predict and evaluate the clinical diagnosis, treatment effect, and prognosis of the disease by analyzing the patient"s clinical characteristics, laboratory tests, imaging examinations and other data and establishing a prediction model, which provides a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases. This article reviews the progress of clinical prediction models in the application of rheumatic diseases. |
