| 目的:探究快速康复理念+胃肠道管理路径在神经源性膀胱患儿围术期护理中的有效性与安全性，并总结其中经验。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院泌尿外科收治的23例行乙状结肠代膀胱术的神经源性膀胱患儿。根据制定规范化的胃肠道管理路径，完善术后护理要点，分析肠道准备清洁程度、手术相关资料、术后并发症发生率、预后情况及血液生化检查结果。结果:根据优化的护理流程，可提高儿童术前肠道准备的依从性及完成度，帮助胃肠道功能恢复，完善对伤口、管道及病情的治疗和护理。 |

| Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of the concept of rapid rehabilitation + gastrointestinal management pathway in the perioperative care of children with neurogenic bladder, and to summarize the experience. Methods 23 neurogenic bladder children with sigmoid colon generation cystectomy were admitted to the Urology Department of the Affiliated Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023. According to the development of standardized gastrointestinal management path, the key points of postoperative nursing were improved, and the cleaning degree of intestinal preparation, operation-related data, the incidence of postoperative complications, prognosis and blood biochemical examination results were analyzed. Results According to the optimized nursing process, it can improve the compliance and completion of children's preoperative intestinal preparation, help the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and improve the treatment and care of wounds, pipelines and conditions. |
