| 肝移植是治疗终末期肝病的有效方法。体外膜氧合（ECMO）已成为维持循环不可或缺的工具，其在肝移植中的应用范围日益扩大，为合并严重心肺并发症的终末期肝病患者带来移植的希望。目前对ECMO在移植中应用的研究多聚焦于心肺移植领域，在肝移植领域尚无系统总结。本文全面综述了ECMO在肝移植术前、术中、术后的应用，旨在为临床实践提供参考和指导。 |

| Liver transplantation is an effective treatment for end-stage liver disease. Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) has become an indispensable tool to maintain circulation, and its application in liver transplantation is expanding, which brings the hope of transplantation for patients with end-stage liver disease complicated with serious cardiopulmonary complications. At present, the research on the application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in transplantation mainly focuses on the field of cardiopulmonary transplantation, and the research on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in liver transplantation has not been systematically summarized. This article summarizes the application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation before, during and after liver transplantation in order to provide reference and guidance for clinical practice. |
