| 炎症性肠病 (IBD) 是一种与自身免疫功能密切关联的肠道慢性复发性炎性疾病。肠道中具有丰富的先天性淋巴细胞，其在维持肠道免疫稳态方面发挥重要作用。本文围绕不同亚型的先天性淋巴细胞在IBD中的作用机制进行综述，从而为IBD的临床治疗提供新思路。 |

| Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic relapsing inflammatory disorder of the gastrointestinal tract that is closely linked to autoimmune function. The gastrointestinal tract contains a rich population of innate lymphoid cells, which play an important role in maintaining gut immune homeosta. This review focuses on the mechanisms of action of different subtypes of innate lymphoid cells in IBD, with the aim of providing new insights for the clinical management of IBD. |
