| 目的 松果体区肿瘤属于中枢神经系统的一组罕见肿瘤，其病理类型多样，诊断和治疗具有挑战性。本研究旨在回顾性分析我院16例松果体区肿瘤的临床和病理学特征，以期提高对该类肿瘤的认识。方法 回顾性收集2007年10月~2024年12月期间，我院经手术病理诊断为松果体区肿瘤的16例患者的临床和病理资料，并进行术后随访，随访时间为1~122个月，平均随访46个月。结果 16例患者中，男性13例，女性3例，年龄范围为7~63岁，平均年龄33岁。其中，生殖细胞肿瘤（5例，31.25%）、松果体实质细胞肿瘤（5例，31.25%）、脑膜瘤（4例，25%）以及恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤和胶质母细胞瘤（各1例，各6.25%）。结论 松果体区肿瘤极其罕见，其病理类型复杂，确诊依赖于病理学检查，其中生殖细胞肿瘤和松果体实质细胞肿瘤为最常见类型。 |

| Objective Pineal region tumors are a rare and heterogeneous group of central nervous system tumors, presenting considerable diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. This study aims to retrospectively analyze the clinicopathological features of 16 cases of pineal region tumors treated at our institution, with the goal of enhancing understanding of these tumors. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the clinical and pathological data of 16 patients diagnosed with pineal region tumors through surgical pathology at our institution between October 2007 and December 2024. Postoperative follow-up ranged from 1 to 122 months, with a median follow-up duration of 46 months. Results the 16 patients, 13 were male and 3 were female, with ages ranging from 7 to 63 years (mean age: 33 years). Pathological diagnoses included germ cell tumors (5 cases, 31.25%), pineal parenchymal tumors (5 cases, 31.25%), meningiomas (4 cases, 25%), and malignant solitary fibrous tumors and glioblastomas (1 case each, 6.25% each). Conclusion Pineal region tumors are extremely rare and exhibit a diverse spectrum of pathological types. Accurate diagnosis depends on pathological examination, with germ cell tumors and pineal parenchymal tumors being the most common types encountered. |
