| 目的 探讨骨科康复门诊指导下肩胛骨稳定性训练对肩关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术后6个月内的关节功能恢复及疼痛控制效果。方法 选取本院骨科2021年1月～2024年6月期间行肩关节镜下肩袖修补术、符合研究标准并完成相关评估调查的患者作为研究对象。样本量计算采用两样本均数计算公式估算每组各需40例,在此基础上增加20%的脱落样本,10%的无效问卷,将样本量扩大至每组52例,对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用骨科康复门诊指导下肩胛骨稳定性训练干预,观察两组患者干预前后疼痛程度、肩关节功能、肩关节活动度、自理能力、生活质量、知信行水平及恢复指标改善情况。结果 干预前,两组患者各观察指标组间比较未见显著差异(P＞0.05)；干预后,两组患者各观察指标均优于干预前(P＜0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 针对肩关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术后患者,骨科康复门诊指导下肩胛骨稳定性训练成效显著,患者在6个月内肩关节功能恢复更好,疼痛程度明显减轻,肩关节活动度显著改善,自理能力、生活质量及知信行水平均大幅提升,因此,该干预模式具临床推广价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of scapular stability training under the guidance of orthopedic rehabilitation clinic on joint function recovery and pain control within 6 months after shoulder rotator cuff injury repair under arthroscopy.method Patients who underwent shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair from January 2021 to June 2024 in the Department of Orthopaedics of our hospital and met the study criteria and completed the relevant evaluation survey were selected as the study objects. The sample size was calculated using the two-sample mean calculation formula to estimate that 40 cases were required in each group. On this basis, 20% dropped samples and 10% invalid questionnaires were added, and the sample size was expanded to 52 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received scapular stability training intervention under the guidance of orthopedic rehabilitation clinic on the basis of the control group. The improvement of pain degree, shoulder joint function, shoulder joint motion, self-care ability, quality of life, knowledge and action level and recovery index were observed before and after intervention.Conclusion For patients after shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair, scapular stability training under the guidance of orthopedic rehabilitation outpatient clinic has achieved remarkable results. Within 6 months, the patients had better shoulder joint function recovery, significantly reduced pain, significantly improved shoulder joint motion, and significantly improved self-care ability, quality of life and knowledge, confidence and action level. Therefore, this intervention mode has clinical promotion value. |
