| 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's Disease, AD）是一种以进行性认知功能减退为核心特征的神经退行性疾病，其病因复杂且发病机制尚未完全明确。本文系统梳理了近年来AD发病原因及机制的研究进展，在此基础上提出了衰老驱动下的 AD 发病 “多机制协同模型”，并对 AD 未来的研究方向进行了展望。 |

| Alzheimer's disease (AD), a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive cognitive decline, has complex etiology and an incomplete pathogenesis. This paper systematically reviews recent research advancements in understanding AD's pathogenic mechanisms, proposes an "multi-mechanism synergy model" driven by aging processes, and outlines future research directions and priorities for AD studies. |
