NKCC1在出血性脑积水中作用机制的研究进展

摘要:
出血性脑积水是脑室出血及其他脑出血后的常见并发症之一,对大脑的功能有着长期而深远的影响。钠钾氯共转运蛋白1(Sodium-potassium-chloride cotransporter1 ,NKCC1)是脉络丛上皮细胞上一种双向转运Na+K+Cl-和水的转运蛋白,在脑脊液的分泌及清除中有着重要的作用。本文就NKCC1在出血性脑积水中的作用机制及治疗靶点研究进行综述,旨在为出血性脑积水的治疗提供新的基础研究思路。

Research Progress on the Mechanisms of NKCC1 in Post-hemorrhagic Hydrocephalus

Abstract:
Post-hemorrhagic hydrocephalus is one of the common complications following ventricular hemorrhage and other intracranial hemorrhages, with long-lasting and profound effects on brain function. Sodium-potassium-chloride cotransporter 1 (NKCC1) is a bidirectional transporter of Na+, K+, Cl-, and water located on the choroid plexus epithelial cells, playing a critical role in the secretion and clearance of cerebrospinal fluid. This article provides a review on the mechanisms of NKCC1 in post-hemorrhagic hydrocephalus and its potential therapeutic targets, aiming to offer new insights for the treatment of post-hemorrhagic hydrocephalus in basic research.
