| 目的通过观察银杏叶提取物（Egb761）注射液对家兔血小板计数（PLT）、血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、血小板第3因子（PF3aT）的作用，从而探讨Egb761对家兔凝血功能的影响。方法24只家兔随机分成对照组（耳缘静脉注射0.9%氯化钠注射液0.3ml/kg），小剂量组（耳缘静脉注射Egb7610.3ml/kg），中剂量组（耳缘静脉注射Egb7611.5ml/kg），大剂量组（耳缘静脉注射Egb7613.0ml/kg），每组6只（雌雄对半），连续给药1周（7d），于给药的第7天静脉注射Egb761后1.5h自耳缘动脉采血5ml，检测PLT、PT、APTT、PF3aT等指标。结果Egb761对正常家兔的PT、APTT、PLT均无影响（均P＞0.05），但影响PF3aT，使用PF3aT的第3管较第4管延长（P＜0.05）。结论Egb761通过影响血小板活化，进而影响PF3aT，导致机体凝血功能缺陷，使机体处于易出血状态，从而可能影响家兔的抗凝治疗。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of extract of Ginkgo bibola leaves (Egb) on coagulation function of rabbits. Methods Twenty four rabbits were randomly divided into low, medium, high-dose Egb groups and control group with 6 in each group. Intravenous infusion of 0.3ml/kg NS was given to the rabbits in control group, and 0.3ml/kg, 1.5ml/kg, 3ml/kg Egb761 were given to the rabbits in low, medium and high-dose Egb groups for 7d. After 1.5h of injection on d7, the blood samples were collected, and PLT, PT, APTT, PF3aT were examined. Results There were no significant differences in PLT, PT, APTT between control group and Egb761 groups (P ＞0.05), while the PF3aT time in Egb761 groups was prolonged (P＜0.05). Conclusion Egb761 can affect platelet factor 3 and hinder the activation of platelet, leading to coagulation disorder in rabbits. |
