| 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 -9（MMP-9）及人第 10 号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因（PTEN）在子宫内膜 异位症（Ems）发生、发展中的作用。 方法 应用免疫组化 SP 法检测 Ems 异位内膜 62 例（其中子宫来源 Ems 40 例，卵巢来源 Ems 22 例）、Ems 在位内膜 60 例以及正常子宫内膜 41 例中 MMP-9、PTEN 的表达情况。 结果 异位组 MMP-9 的阳性表达率较对照组（正 常子宫内膜）明显升高，而 PTEN 的阳性表达率较对照组显著降低，均有统计学差异（均 P＜0.05）。异位组中 MMP-9 的表达与 PTEN 的 表达呈负相关（r=-0.472，P＜0.05）。结论 Ems 患者中异位内膜具有更强的侵袭性，可能与异位内膜 MMP-9 高表达及 PTEN 的低表 达相关。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN) protein in endometriosis(EM) and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was employed to detect the expression of MMP-9 and PTEN in 62 samples of ectopic endometrium from EM patients (including 40 adenomyosis and 22 ovarian endometriosis), 60 samples of eutopic endometrium from EM patients and 41 samples of normal endomedium (controls). Results The expression levels of MMP-9 in the ectopic endometrium were higher and the expression levels of PTEN were lower than those in controls (both P ＜0.05). The expression of MMP-9 in ectopic endometrium was negatively correlated with the expressions of PTEN (r=-0.472, P＜0.05). Conclusion Ectopic endometrium has increased expression of MMP-9 and decreased expression of PTEN, which may be associated with its high invasiveness. |
