| 目的 探究子宫内膜异位症术后复发的影响因素。 方法 收集 2011—2012 年妇科就诊的 100 例子宫内膜异位症 患者临床资料，其中术后复发和未复发各 50 例，采用 logistic 回归分析子宫内膜异位症术后复发的影响因素。 结果 临床分期 （OR=3.62）、痛经史（OR=1.27）、术后药物治疗（OR=4.13）、后穹窿触痛结节（OR=4.94）、合并子宫腺肌病（OR=1.86）均是子宫内膜异 位症术后复发的影响因素。 结论 建议根据患者以上 5 个影响因素的个体情况，制定合适的治疗方案，尽可能彻底清除病灶，术后辅 以药物治疗，定期随访。 |

| Objective To analyze the relative factors of postoperative recurrence of endometriosis. Methods Clinical data of 100 patients with endometriosis treated in Xiaoshan Hospital from January 2011 to December 2012, including 50 recurrent cases and 50 non-recurrent cases, were reviewed. The relative factors of postoperative recurrence of endometriosis were identified with logistic regression analysis. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that clinical stages (OR=3.62), history of dysmenorrheal (OR=1.27), postoperative drug therapy (OR=4.13), posterior fornix nodules with haphalgesia (OR=4.94) and combined adenomyosis (OR=1.86) were factors related to postoperative recurrence of endometriosis. Conclusion Based on the risk factors, the appropriate measures should be taken to prevent the recurrence of endometriosis after surgical treatment, to clear lesions as far as possible. In addition, drug treatment and regular follow-up are also important. |
